On the afternoon of March 25, the "Press Conference of ASEAN Finance" and the Launching Ceremony of Chinese Entrepreneurial Investment in ASEAN Activities were held in Beijing. With the formal launch of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, China, the third largest economy in the world, is joining hands with ASEAN countries to enter the “zero tariff” era and create unlimited business opportunities for Chinese and ASEAN companies. In order to promote mutual understanding between Chinese and ASEAN countries and build ASEAN 10+3 corporate communication platform, ASEAN Finance launched the 2010 China Association of Southeast Asian Nations to invest in ASEAN Intentions Survey. The survey will conduct comprehensive in-depth research and analysis of the status and willingness of Chinese enterprises to invest in ASEAN countries. The entire process lasted six months and the final results will be announced by the end of September this year. It is hoped that the investigation report will become a guide to ASEAN investment in the future. ASEAN Finance magazine was founded by ASEAN Information (Singapore) International Limited and approved by the Ministry of News, Communications and the Arts of Singapore in September 2009. It is the only high-end financial magazine covering ASEAN countries so far. This company was co-founded by Anhui Guohe Investment Co., Ltd., Anhui Tianxiang Group and Hong Kong Lian (Anhui) Company. The three companies' chairman Xi Yonggang, Kong Lingfa, and Yue Chuanjing are all well-versed Anhui graduates. They all graduated from the Nanyang Technological University's School of Business Administration EMBA class and have experience in industrial investment in ASEAN countries. They are fully aware of ASEAN’s potential market prospects. According to the “Asean Finance” and Chairman of Anhui Guohe Investment Co., Ltd. Yu Yonggang, “We hope that through this survey, we can fully understand the current status and intention of Chinese companies investing in ASEAN, and understand the concerns and industry choices of Chinese companies in ASEAN countries. We also hope to identify the decisive factors and possible concerns that may affect the future investment of Chinese companies in ASEAN." In the latest issue of the "ASEAN Finance" magazine, financial reports on the professional perspectives of Jianghuai Automobile and Chery Automobile, the famous enterprises in our province, are also reported. In this regard, Yan Yonggang stated that as an Anhui person, it is incumbent upon the propaganda and reporting of hometown enterprises to serve the economic construction of Anhui. In an interview with this reporter, the ASEAN rotating presidency and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam stated that the publication of “ASEAN Finance” is conducive to promoting mutual understanding between ASEAN and China and will also promote cooperation between China and ASEAN. Cooperation in economic and trade cooperation win-win. Ji Xinlin, chief editor and CEO of ASEAN Finance magazine, said that as a business publication in Asia, the business philosophy of Anhui's outstanding companies and their influence should be able to draw lessons for Asian entrepreneurs.
